The Elektra Shimmers are a blend of petite-cut glitter in our aloe-infused gel base. You can top it off with your matching Bolt Balm to get the ultimate shine and texture.
How To Apply
For face
Lay down a small amount of Shimmer with the provided applicator and blend out with your fingertip. After a minute or two of dry time, apply a thin layer of Bolt Balm over the Shimmer as flat to the skin as possible. Add additional layers if you prefer a more opaque application.
For body
Use a small amount of Shimmer on a napkin and apply in a circular motion anywhere on the body. A little goes a long way!
Ways to Wear
The Elektra Shimmers are a blend of petite-cut glitter in our aloe-infused gel base. It makes a stunning highlight on its own (hello, cheekbones!). Or, use it as a base and top it off with your matching Bolt Balm to get the ultimate shine and texture.
The Shimmers can also be used as a primer to adhere any of our Microfine glitters. Layer on any color of Microfine to customize your look and change the Shimmer’s hue.
A cosmetic mainstay, these Special Edition Shimmers made such a splash, we had to add them to Elektra’s permanent collection!
Bolt Balm is easy-on, easy-off glitter that goes on with a quick swipe of a finger or spatula applicator and comes off just as easily with a lint roller or tape.
Due to the larger flakes of glitter, Shimmers and Bolt Balm are not eyelid safe products for extended wear. It is recommended for hair, body, and face. Sparkle on!
