Bold neon confetti pieces in orange, pink, purple, green, and yellow pop over an iridescent base that keeps glowing even when the UV is off.
Under blacklight, this is one of the most attention-getting things you can wear. The confetti pieces glow independently, creating an effect that reads almost three-dimensional under UV light. In regular daylight or indoor lighting, the iridescent base keeps it looking premium rather than costume-y.

Instructions for use: Apply in thin layers to face, body, or hair with your finger or a spatula. The flatter you lay it to skin, the longer it holds — often 8 hours or more. Remove with a lint roller or tape. Do NOT use on eyelids or near eyes. Do NOT use on children or pets.
