The matte base delivers deep, kiss-proof red color that stays put for hours — then the glitter layer adds dimensional sparkle that catches light without obscuring the lip color underneath.
The kit includes the liquid lip color and the coordinating microfine glitter. Apply the lip color with the felt applicator wand, let it set for 30 to 60 seconds, then press the microfine glitter directly over the matte base with a fingertip or lip brush. The matte finish grips the glitter and holds it in place for 4 to 6 hours of normal wear.
